Who may have access to personal data?

Your information will be shared internally within the Group for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. This includes with members of the HR and recruitment team, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, managers in the business area with a vacancy, internal and external auditors and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles.

Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by Hyphen Group to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on Hyphen Group’s behalf.

Hyphen Group may share your personal data with third parties in order to, obtain pre-employment references from other employers, obtain employment background checks from third party providers and to obtain necessary criminal record checks.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

What if you do not supply your personal data?

You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to the us during the recruitment process. However, if you do not provide the information, we may not be able to process your application properly or at all.

YOUR TASK

  • Develop and execute marketing and promotion campaigns for the mobile app to generate app download and drive app engagement.
  • Develop and execute multiple marketing campaigns at any one time for other growing verticals such as insurance and banking to achieve the acquisition and retention targets.
  • Work with product team, business development team and other marketing team members to deliver user centric campaigns
  • Ensure projects are delivered timely and accurately, while fulfilling the planned target KPI.
  • Regularly look at useful data points and provide analysis that identify insights, learnings, and future recommendations.
  • Develop social media campaigns including content partnership and KOL engagement.
  • Develop digital or offline events to drive users acquisition or engagement.
  • Develop campaign brief, advertising messages and copy, that apply user insights, past learnings and best practice.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to gain useful insights from the latest trends.
  • Maintain accuracy on daily marketing operation outputs.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or related field
  • 3-4 years of marketing experience, ideally campaign management and digital marketing experience. Mobile app marketing experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Understanding of web/app analytics tools such as Google Analytic, Adjust, Firebase, social media marketing and MarTech platforms
  • Be data-driven and able to generate insights from different data points
  • The ability to adapt quickly to the fast-paced environment, as a proactive team player with innovative ideas
  • Positive attitude and ability to work with suggestions and feedback from multiple parties in a fast-paced environment.
