The Role
Ever wondered how it's like in the world of 'Start-ups'? Had the itch to bring a company to the 'next level'? What about associating yourself with an established 'Fintech' group, which is backed by world-renowned Investors?
As a Customer Hero, you will be responsible for reaching out to, educating and soliciting customers on behalf of CompareHero. Your daily call listings are to be determined and provided internally, spanning across but not limited to industries such as Banking, Telco & Insurance. This will be a critical role - as you will be the voice of the company - in the overall customer experience and ultimately growth of the business.
Prior work experience is required. We are looking for someone with strong verbal communication skills who is constantly hungry for Sales. You will report directly to the Call Center Manager.
