Who may have access to personal data?

Your information will be shared internally within the Group for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. This includes with members of the HR and recruitment team, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, managers in the business area with a vacancy, internal and external auditors and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles.

Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by Hyphen Group to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on Hyphen Group’s behalf.

Hyphen Group may share your personal data with third parties in order to, obtain pre-employment references from other employers, obtain employment background checks from third party providers and to obtain necessary criminal record checks.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

What if you do not supply your personal data?

You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to the us during the recruitment process. However, if you do not provide the information, we may not be able to process your application properly or at all.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a sales professional to join our business development team and manage relationships with some of the largest financial institutions in the Philippines. As the Business Development Executive, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of digital acquisition within the financial services sector. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Pitch, sell, negotiate and renegotiate commercial deals with FIs (providers) in the Philippines by understanding their business needs and objectives
  • Develop and execute against provider account plans, enabling you to meet and exceed your targets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationship with P&L decision makers / economic buyers at provider organisations, as well as key influencers and supporters (and ensure that relationship web mapping is executed properly) 
  • Measure and manage business development progress
  • Monitor the activity of competitors and utilize learnings in the market
  • Evidence of business building / thinking beyond the norm / areas of failure and managing painful situations
  • Analyze campaign performance and give recommendations and insights to optimize and improve overall performance
  • Ensure the regulatory environment is understood and complied with
  • Articulate compelling value propositions around Hyphen’s services in the Philippines across our 1st party brands (Moneymax) and our 3rd party affiliate capabilities via our eKos creator demand network, which together puts us in the market leading aggregation market share position in the market.
  • Act as a genuine partner who communicates business development strategies in Philippines with the wider Hyphen Group organization; both functionally (i.e. across marketing, product etc.) and regionally (across different markets)

WHO YOU ARE

  • 2 to 3 years years work experience in a B2B sales / sales management role
  • Knowledge of retail banking products as well as the digital marketing processes is a plus
  • Proven record of negotiating and securing deals 
  • Target orientated individual with demonstrable sales experience dealing with B2B providers having demonstrated decision making, problem solving, and negotiating skills
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills and the ability to professionally interact with providers, with verbal and written communication, analytical written and presentation skills.
  • Ability to characterize value of financial products
  • Able to work in a matrix organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA or BSc degree in finance, computer science, engineering, business, marketing, or related field
  • Experience in driving the adoption of new technologies and solutions preferred.
  • B2B enterprise technology sales experience
