THE ROLE

Hyphen Group : Reporting to the Group Head of Rewards & Loyalty (based in Singapore), Regional Head of Product will be a key player who will support business growth and build a unique and strong Rewards & Loyalty platform for Hyphen brands across markets.

You will spearhead and support Rewards & Loyalty product & platform strategy across Hyphen Brands, Ekos & Seedly, based in our Singapore offices (multiple locations).

Who may have access to personal data?

Your information will be shared internally within the Group for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. This includes with members of the HR and recruitment team, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, managers in the business area with a vacancy, internal and external auditors and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles.

Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by Hyphen Group to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on Hyphen Group’s behalf.

Hyphen Group may share your personal data with third parties in order to, obtain pre-employment references from other employers, obtain employment background checks from third party providers and to obtain necessary criminal record checks.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

What if you do not supply your personal data?

You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to the us during the recruitment process. However, if you do not provide the information, we may not be able to process your application properly or at all.

THE ROLE

You will spearhead and support Rewards & Loyalty product & platform strategy across Hyphen Brands, Ekos & Seedly, based in our Singapore offices (multiple locations).

YOUR TASK

  • Work Closely with Group Head to design and implement Rewards & Loyalty product & platform strategies & structure
  • Ownership of Rewards PnL to provide cost & process effeciency 
  • Rewards & Loyalty Product & Platform Development across markets
  • Work closely with Tech team to build the desired platform & systems across markets
  • Collaborate with existing CX and Customer Research Team to understand what customer needs and wants and use that to design the product 
  • To design & build personalised customer journey for Rewards based on the different persona / segment of customers (work with data analytics team)
  • Work closely with brands & other stakeholders to understand their needs to design & implement right product strategies 

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Good working knowledge of Rewards, Loyalty & financial services industry
  • Excellent product development, Analytical, customer research & presentation skills
  • Demonstrated experience in building & implementing Rewards & Loyalty programs and platforms
  • Strategic & creative thinker with focus on delivery and execution
  • Self starter/motivator with passion to grow and learn. 
  • Quick learner and ready to adapt to any situations/changes.
  • Excellent team player. Develops constructive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Works effectively within a team environment to achieve specific tasks or projects is one of her key strengths.
  • Excellent communication skills and this is one of the key skills required for the regional role at Hyphen
