Who may have access to personal data?

Your information will be shared internally within the Group for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by Hyphen Group to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on Hyphen Group’s behalf.

Hyphen Group may share your personal data with third parties in order to, obtain pre-employment references from other employers, obtain employment background checks from third party providers and to obtain necessary criminal record checks.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

What if you do not supply your personal data?

You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to the us during the recruitment process. However, if you do not provide the information, we may not be able to process your application properly or at all.

JOB PURPOSE

THE ROLE

  • Support Strategy, Operational and Technology initiatives through creating structured plans, customer feedback analysis and analysis of data
  • Get involved in commercial and business development discussions and help to pull together comprehensive information and documentation for our ecosystem partners
  • Be the go-to person for internal enquiries and have a full picture of the insurance and insurtech business and being able to communicate to stakeholders and multiple levels
  • Create end-to-end and well-thought through plans and challenge current set-ups on projects
  • Being able to work in an agile, start-up environment and push and challenge yourself to achieve the best outcomes for our customers
  • Set-up innovation, training and other workshops to accelerate the thinking of the regional and local teams
  • Support with customer insights, solution finding and rapid prototyping to find the best solutions for our ecosystem.
  • To collate statistics for management reporting and support big picture discussions with senior stakeholders
  • Assist with ad-hoc initiatives/projects as assigned by the team

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma
  • Preferably 2-3 years' experience in financial services (insurance / insurtech / fintech) in a operational, strategy or technology role
  • Ability to analyse, structure and execute complex information
  • Good time management skills, able to prioritise work to ensure efficiency
  • Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and is customer-oriented
  • Keen to learn with positive work attitude
  • Good knowledge of Google Sheets applications
