Brand Marketing Manager

THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced Brand Manager to oversee the brand experience across all online and offline touchpoints. Our ideal candidate will need to uncover consumer insights to shape and communicate our vision and mission across all our brand’s channels, products and campaigns. 

Role:

  1. Ownership of devising and implementing SingSaver’s brand strategy including; brand vision, value proposition definition and customer segmentation
  2. Own the development and communication of business cases for all brand building initiatives
  3. Ensure compliance and uniformity of brand guidelines and strategies
  4. Build brand equity for Singsaver as a trusted financial wellness companion through a strong  brand communications strategy across owned and earned channels
  5. Increase top-of-mind recall 
  6. Manage the process for gathering market intelligence about our target audience, competitors, brand performance and industry landscape 
  7. Translate research findings into key insights to identify business opportunities and improve the overall customer experience
  8. Lead PR initiatives for SingSaver including PR plan development, managing media queries, maintaining media relationships, PR reporting  and competitive analysis review 
  9. Brand management on Google My Business, social media and email marketing channels
  10. Establish a brand measurement system to evaluate our brand performance and perception
  11. Manage the effective management of the SingSaver OKR and business strategy framework, ensuring it is kept up to date and communicating with cross-functional team members to keep the business on track.

Your information will be shared internally within the Group for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by Hyphen Group to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on Hyphen Group’s behalf.

Hyphen Group may share your personal data with third parties in order to, obtain pre-employment references from other employers, obtain employment background checks from third party providers and to obtain necessary criminal record checks.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

What if you do not supply your personal data?

You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to the us during the recruitment process. However, if you do not provide the information, we may not be able to process your application properly or at all.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Business, Marketing and Mass Communication and related field
  • 6+ years of brand management, consulting or consumer journey design experience or similar. Consumer marketing/FMCG experience preferred
  • This is team management role, past experience in managing small teams preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, alongwith stakeholder & agency management experience
  • Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking
  • Creative with the ability to drive innovation and brand growth
  • Flair and passion for great story-telling that combines creativity with data 
  • Fast learner who thrives on continuous learning and taking on new challenges
