We are a purpose-driven, fast-paced organization looking for a data-driven, innovative, collaborative and results-driven leader to join our Group Marketing team in Hong Kong as a Head of Growth Performance.

In this role you will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and will have the opportunity to lead a lean team.  You will own the development and execution of our paid marketing strategy.  You will be responsible for executing and optimizing efficient cross-channel marketing campaigns (via paid channels) to drive awareness and conversion amongst our target audiences through continuous testing.  You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders across functions including group and brand marketing, product, commercial and technology.  You will be expected to think and act as a business lead - understanding how our marketing efforts and initiatives support the organization’s overall business objectives.

Who may have access to personal data?

Your information will be shared internally within the Group for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by Hyphen Group to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on Hyphen Group’s behalf.

Hyphen Group may share your personal data with third parties in order to, obtain pre-employment references from other employers, obtain employment background checks from third party providers and to obtain necessary criminal record checks.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

What if you do not supply your personal data?

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the strategy for and delivery of Hyphen Group’s paid performance marketing efforts
  • Lead a team of performance marketing specialists within our group marketing function which support our 7 consumer brands within HyphenGroup (e.g. MoneyHero, Money101, SingSaver, etc.) to build a best in class performance marketing organization
  • Oversee day-to-day management and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Google Search Ads 360, Facebook ads manager, DV 360, etc.
  • Leverage relevant martech tools and marketing automation tools to drive for efficiency in our paid marketing efforts
  • Own the development of standardized reporting frameworks and analytics tools to assess marketing performance across paid channels
  • Implement A/B testing frameworks to generate data-driven insights and recommendations for improving performance marketing tactics 
  • Work closely with consumer brand leads (e.g. MoneyHero brand) to develop and execute tactical campaigns, always on strategies and other marketing objectives via paid channels
  • Build strong relationships with our consumer brand marketing teams by providing data-driven insights, regular reporting and strategic guidance on paid performance marketing
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team (both at the functional and consumer brand teams) as well as product and technology teams on strategic projects and initiatives



YOUR QUALIFICATIONS - MUST HAVES

  • 10+ years of experience in the field of digital marketing in a B2C role; responsible for strategizing and executing marketing campaigns across paid channels as well as having hands-on SEM and Facebook ads experience with a track record of successfully managing campaigns to meet aggressive ROI and growth targets
  • 4+ years of experience managing a performance marketing team (team size of 5+) and working with stakeholders across markets and functions
  • Experience proposing and managing large scale paid advertising budgets against business objectives and ROI targets; including in-depth and hands-on experience across various performance marketing platforms including, but not limited to, Google Ads, Google Search Ads 360, Facebook ads manager, DV 360, etc.
  • Hands-on experience using analytic tools such as Google Analytics, DoubleClick Campaign manager, SimilarWeb, etc.
  • Ability to use both qualitative and quantitative data to develop strategy recommendations and optimization tactics 
  • Solid understanding and experience in data attribution, business models with different data handling, to be able to best manage and measure end-to-end business results
  • Strong expertise in ad campaign management, including optimisation via a/b testing, ad variants, etc. and improving the marketing ops side of campaign management
  • Basic understanding of programing languages such as SQL, Python, etc, to facilitate marketing automation processes
  • Able to work with stakeholders of different levels, from working level to C-level, to effectively communicate best practices, results and strategic direction
  • A desire to lead your direct team team and collaborate with different people within the organisation to achieve aspirational business goals
  • Enjoy working with and learning from people of different backgrounds and cultures
  • Previous agency experience a plus
