Who may have access to personal data?

Your information will be shared internally within the Group for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. This includes with members of the HR and recruitment team, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, managers in the business area with a vacancy, internal and external auditors and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles.

Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by Hyphen Group to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on Hyphen Group’s behalf.

Hyphen Group may share your personal data with third parties in order to, obtain pre-employment references from other employers, obtain employment background checks from third party providers and to obtain necessary criminal record checks.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

What if you do not supply your personal data?

You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to the us during the recruitment process. However, if you do not provide the information, we may not be able to process your application properly or at all.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Help oversee the overall operating responsibilities of the commercial organization and the infrastructure (across technology, people and management / organizational elements) that supports it. 
  • Own the implementation of major enablement initiatives, including but not limited to the Salesforce platform and associated modules & 3rd party products and services that can lead to material improvements in the management of a commercial organization through enhanced management insights. 
  • With respect to Salesforce specifically:
    • Work with Salesforce consultants to determine the optimal mix of external and internal resources required to implement and support a platform deployment within Hyphen Group.
    • Translate business requirements into Salesforce based solutions (including 3rd party integrations) that can be effectively implemented
    • Liaise between all relevant stakeholders as required.
    • Transforms requirements into user stories to be developed into custom solutions based on Salesforce architecture.
    • Overall responsibility of overall project management requirements, including budgeting, documentation management and communication to stakeholders.
    • Overall responsibility for ongoing platform configuration, training and Salesforce knowledge management for internal stakeholders. 
  • Work collaboratively with regional commercial leadership, financial planning and analysis teams, and individual country level management as required to help create effective commercial operations frameworks (such as sales enablement KPIs and reports, quarterly revenue and profitability targets and their build up, sales incentive structures etc.). 
  • Work with stakeholders such as commercial data analysts to help determine creation of relevant commercial reports and insights.
  • This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to embed themselves in the operating and management structure of a commercially driven organization operating at scale and grow as the organization grows.

Preferred Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Commercial Operations, ideally within a B2B technology organization.
  • Experience of implementing enterprise knowledge / data management solutions, with strong preference for Salesforce experience but could experience in another enterprise grade solution such as Hubspot, Microsoft solutions etc. will be considered. 
  • Experience of complex project management across multiple types of functional and regional stakeholders. 
  • Passion for solving complex problems and an interest in working within complex organizations undergoing hypergrowth. 
  • At least a bachelor's degree from a top flight university; additional knowledge gained from MOOCs or other non traditional education sources will also be positively considered, as will professional certifications in Salesforce, PRINCE 2 and so forth. 
  • Preference for Singapore based candidates but will consider people that can operate remotely within the Singapore timezone
  • Experience of managing teams and people will be positively considered
