You will help shape licensing standards and software analytics, build new processes for license tracking and control, and collaborate with partner teams on SAM related projects. Your contributions will help us centralize our asset management practices across all our markets; bringing heightened awareness to our company spend, consumption, and future IT decision making.

Who may have access to personal data?

Your information will be shared internally within the Group for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. This includes with members of the HR and recruitment team, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, managers in the business area with a vacancy, internal and external auditors and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles.

Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by Hyphen Group to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on Hyphen Group’s behalf.

Hyphen Group may share your personal data with third parties in order to, obtain pre-employment references from other employers, obtain employment background checks from third party providers and to obtain necessary criminal record checks.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

What if you do not supply your personal data?

You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to the us during the recruitment process. However, if you do not provide the information, we may not be able to process your application properly or at all.

About this role:

You will help shape licensing standards and software analytics, build new processes for license tracking and control, and collaborate with partner teams on SAM related projects. Your contributions will help us centralize our asset management practices across all our markets; bringing heightened awareness to our company spend, consumption, and future IT decision making.

Here is what you would be doing at Hyphen Group:

  • Maintain an inventory of all HyphenGroup applications in use and work with our Finance team to manage subscription fees, including proactive cost reduction measures.
  • Cooperate with Finance department in terms of purchasing new licenses and renewing contracts in a timely manner
  • Implementing/Maintaining Software CMDB
  • Responsible for reporting/analyzing software installations versus software licenses
  • Maintain records of who has access at what level to all HyphenGroup utilized applications Support requests for accessing resources and granting entitlements according to company policies.
  • Ongoing administrative activities maintaining compliance with required policy and security guidelines
  • Archiving/retention of any data as necessary when sunsetting applications
  • Managing any upgrades/updates. Recommends, schedules and performs software improvements, upgrades, patches, and reconfigurations
  • Support planning and project execution for strategic IT environment initiatives.
  • Monitor applications and performance with incident response and auditing best practices
  • Update standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed
  • Maintains documentation for applications, processes, and procedures
  • Implement new SaaS applications and new features within existing applications
  • Assist teams with tying-in new SaaS productions into existing IT systems
  • Evaluates current SaaS portfolio to determine if a new application can replace several existing applications
  • Assess risks of new applications and provide recommendations based on assessment
