You will be responsible for defining the overall content and brand strategy for Money101 and driving the execution and activation of the brand across markets, products, customer segments and stages of the customer journey. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders across functions including group marketing and Money101’s product, commercial and technology teams. You will be expected to think and act as a business lead - understanding how our brand and content efforts and initiatives support the organization’s overall business objectives.

Who may have access to personal data?

Your information will be shared internally within the Group for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by Hyphen Group to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on Hyphen Group’s behalf.

Hyphen Group may share your personal data with third parties in order to, obtain pre-employment references from other employers, obtain employment background checks from third party providers and to obtain necessary criminal record checks.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

What if you do not supply your personal data?

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for owning the content strategy / planning across all channels (e.g. website, social channels, email, PR, paid marketing campaigns - digital and print, etc.) to meet content marketing goals and objectives including but not limited to -
    • Developing / managing overall content calendar which leverages a wide variety of content (including but not limited to blog posts, SEO articles, brand journalism, multimedia series including video, learning modules, influencer interviews, media bylines, etc.);
    • Leading research on content topics;
    • Competitor content audit across all channels. Manage A/B testing of emails, landing pages, copy, etc. and refine content and segmentation based on results;
    • Manage all content writers / designers (both full-time and freelancers);
    • Manage content budget
  • Own the development of brand personas and drive the activation throughout the customer journey. 
  • Responsible for owning the content strategy for activation / messaging across user touch-points including
    • Persona development;
    • Customer journey mapping
  • Responsible for owning the content development across all channels including but not limited to -
    • Editing all content published (including copy, graphics, video, etc);
    • Writing key collateral pieces when needed;
    • Ensuring all content published is effectively used across channels and adapted to the platform
  • Responsible for working with the team to achieve / exceed key content related KPIs and goals including, but not limited to -
    • Organic channel P&L targets;
    • All content / brand / PR KPIs
  • Responsible for ensuring that all content created is in line with Group standards (e.g. tone of voice, visual ID) including but not limited to -
    • Coaching / mentoring content producers;
    • Adapting guidelines for local needs
  • Responsible for working with product / technology teams to ensure that content and user journeys are delivered seamlessly across platforms / channels including but not limited to -
    • Authoring product requirement documents for new feature requirements;
    • Acting as the content product owner to deliver on all content materials for new product features

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree and above
  • 5+ year experience in media, editing (financial related areas will be preferred )
  • Excellent writing, editing & Story Telling skills
  • Experience conceptualizing and executing strong content marketing efforts, taking into account SEO results and impact
  • Experience in using tools like Wordpress, Google Analysis & SEO related experience preferred]
