The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing the entire recruiting pipeline for Hyphen Group, partnering with our hiring managers and senior stakeholders to stay ahead of their  talent needs. Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of managing Jyphen Group’s recruitment related activities, which include setting up and conducting interviews and tests for applicants, evaluating and assessing the results thereto, responding to and defending against legal claims, maintaining and promoting equal opportunities within the workplace and as is otherwise needed in the recruitment and hiring processes. Who may have access to personal data?

Your information will be shared internally within the Group for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. This includes with members of the HR and recruitment team, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, managers in the business area with a vacancy, internal and external auditors and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles.

Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by Hyphen Group to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on Hyphen Group’s behalf.

Hyphen Group may share your personal data with third parties in order to, obtain pre-employment references from other employers, obtain employment background checks from third party providers and to obtain necessary criminal record checks.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

What if you do not supply your personal data?

You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to the us during the recruitment process. However, if you do not provide the information, we may not be able to process your application properly or at all.

If you are:

  • Experienced in Talent Acquisition (in-house or RPO), ideally in a multinational or technology/fintech environment 
  • Experienced in coaching, advising, and mentoring  team members as they engage with hiring managers on their needs, across multiple disciplines
  • Familiar with the development & implementation of innovative hiring strategies  
  • Knowledgeable in hiring best practices and with exposure to the regional regulatory landscape
  • Able to successfully manage talent searches on a predefined timeline, set benchmarks and metrics, identify bottlenecks, as well as understand how to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines
  • In possession of maturity, strong relationship and consultative skills, with the ability to engage multiple internal and external stakeholders across various  level
  • Client-focused with a commitment for continuous improvement and are able to proactively network and establish effective working relationships

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and Coordinators to promote and build a high-performance culture, promote psychological safety and personal development
  • Design and develop innovative recruitment strategies that attract diverse and qualified talent from across the region for current and future needs 
  • Manage pipeline planning with hiring managers across various business functions  to ensure needs are being met, and by candidates with the right skills  
  • Develop a robust and forward-thinking candidate pipeline and sourcing strategies while fostering long term relationships with top talent, passive and active.; conduct the first round of CV reviews and interviews for senior level openings
  • Advocate for both client and candidate throughout the hiring journey; provide an inspirational and authentic perspective in all touchpoints of the candidate experience.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key global/regional stakeholders, functional heads, and external vendors
  • Drive TA projects around industry events and tech career fairs, D&I initiatives, process improvement and candidate experience/engagement, etc.
  • Proactively develop contacts and networks, stay updated with market intelligence, industry practices, and other opportunities.
