Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by Hyphen Group to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on Hyphen Group’s behalf.

Hyphen Group may share your personal data with third parties in order to, obtain pre-employment references from other employers, obtain employment background checks from third party providers and to obtain necessary criminal record checks.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

What if you do not supply your personal data?

THE ROLE

We are looking for a  Senior Product Manager (SPM) who will be responsible for the performance of our financial marketplace product across all stages of the Product Life Cycle. The SPM will ensure cross-functional alignment of technology delivery, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure the product meets business objectives. 

YOUR TASK

Strategy 

  • Create and manage the overall product roadmap for Moneymax. Manage various product features from idea generation, launch, and optimization
  • Conduct market research and utilize customer feedback to identify areas of improvement for existing features and new product opportunities
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Tech delivery, Commercial, and Marketing) and end-users to gather, validate, document business and user requirements.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and external positioning. Perform ongoing analysis and propose necessary actions to ensure Moneymax maintains a competitive position in the marketplace
  • Support business cases for new products and or product enhancements to drive new revenue streams and increase profitability

Execution 

  • Be involved in user research and design of new products/enhancements
  • Work closely with Technology delivery to ensure business requirements are fully documented and scope out minimum viable product. Scope out the feasibility of business goals within the desired timelines
  • Work with the product designer to execute the design to ensure design mock-ups match product objectives 
  • Work with the marketing team to identify content and campaign requirements
  • Participate in product go-to-market strategy formulation

Optimization

  • Post new feature or product release, track KPIs to analyze performance vs expectations/targets
  • Collaborate with regional product, design, and data and teams to identify opportunities for product optimization 
  • Design, conduct and analyze A/B tests. Communicate results and utilize insights to plan product enhancements
  • Conduct user testing to identify areas of friction and identify opportunities to improve user experience
  • Lead CRO initiatives based on primary and secondary research

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • 7-8 years of experience with digital product development. Experience in the fintech industry would be an asset
  • 2+ years of strong product owner experience to translate customer and market needs into product deliverables
  • Experience with managing the Product roadmap 
  • Experience with user testing and documenting requirements
  • Experience with A/B testing and CRO initiatives. Strong data-driven decision-making skills 
  • Strong communication skills, especially in presenting to senior leadership, internal teams, and customers. Can effectively and proactively communicate project plan delays and escalations
  • Self-starter with the ability to successfully track multiple projects with minimal direction.
  • Proven ability to effectively work simultaneously on many priorities, which change frequently.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix organization and a team environment.
  • Ability to influence and build positive relationships across multiple levels of the organization.
