THE ROLE

In this role you will be overseeing product marketing programs that deliver business results for Singapore’s largest personal finance platform. Our ideal candidate is comfortable shifting between developing high level strategy, helping the business grow and getting things done.  With your hands-on experience in product marketing, penchant for lateral thinking and problem solving, cross-functional collaboration skills, leadership experience and a personal ambition to nurture a high performance culture, you will play a key role in the SingSaver marketing organization.

Who may have access to personal data?

Your information will be shared internally within the Group for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. This includes with members of the HR and recruitment team, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, managers in the business area with a vacancy, internal and external auditors and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles.

Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by Hyphen Group to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on Hyphen Group’s behalf.

Hyphen Group may share your personal data with third parties in order to, obtain pre-employment references from other employers, obtain employment background checks from third party providers and to obtain necessary criminal record checks.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

What if you do not supply your personal data?

YOUR TASK

  • Lead product launches and product marketing strategies to build awareness and reinforce SingSaver’s category leadership
  • Manage the process for gathering market intelligence about our target audience, competitors and industry landscape to develop a product roadmap
  • Develop and execute go to market strategies for new verticals to acquire new customers and grow the lifetime value of the customer base
  • Provide input to Commercial and Product development initiatives to ensure product proposition is relevant and effective for the target audience and consistent with our brand proposition.
  • Coordinating with other functional leads across Commercial, Marketing, Product and Customer Service to deliver effective marketing initiatives
  • Maintaining a pulse on marketplace trends to ensure our marketing activities remain relevant to the consumer and we are constantly optimizing our efforts
  • Own the development and roll-out of standardized reporting frameworks tools to assess product performance. 

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of crafting go-to-market, acquisition and retention strategies with hands-on experience in new product launches 
  • Prior experience in ecommerce or SaaS product marketing preferred
  • Flair and passion for great story-telling that combines creativity with data 
  • Strong workflow management skills to create processes and systems that improve efficiencies within an organization
  • Strong cross-functional project management skills and proven ability to deliver on time and on budget
  • Solid understanding of media mix, digital marketing and CRM concepts
  • Skillful communicator who is not afraid to challenge the status quo 
  • Fast learner who thrives on continuous learning and taking on new challenge
