We are a purpose-driven, fast-paced organization looking for a passionate, organized and self-motivated individual to join our Group Marketing team in Hong Kong as a CRM / Lifecycle Marketing Manager.
In this role you will act as the subject matter expert and platform owner for our EDM capabilities - including email marketing, push notifications, SMS, etc. You will be responsible for driving conversions via lifecycle marketing by developing strategies for user acquisition / engagement using marketing automation, customer segmentation, etc. You will own the development / usage of the tools and platforms related to lifecycle marketing. This role requires strong stakeholder management and project management experience as you will work directly with our group product and tech teams as well as CRM managers in our local brand teams.
