The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing the end to end of the hiring process from sourcing and attracting talent, generating recruitment plans all the way through offer management. Partnering with hiring managers, you will actively source quality talent whilst guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. Collaborate with the business to identify staffing needs, develop and outline job specifications and identify the hiring strategy to be able to attract top talent against the most efficient costs.
