THE ROLE

As a Campaign Specialist, you are responsible for delivering campaign specific results that leads to the growth of commercial performance. This includes the management of business accounts and client facing, campaign management, analytics, proposal, budgeting, promo mechanics and calendar planning, stakeholder management (internal and external), campaign monitoring and reporting, campaign optimisation and suggestions. The role also requires you to collaborate with internal team, regional team, external agencies, product marketing, branding and content team.

You will need to be an independent decision maker who understands campaign performance and metrics, including the timing and execution of campaigns before, during and after launch date, manage stakeholder’s expectation and reprioritising of campaigns depending on the on-going business needs. Be consistent to take initiative to understand the industry dynamics and new developments that enhance brand competitiveness and equity in the market.

Your information will be shared internally within the Group for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by Hyphen Group to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on Hyphen Group’s behalf.

Hyphen Group may share your personal data with third parties in order to, obtain pre-employment references from other employers, obtain employment background checks from third party providers and to obtain necessary criminal record checks.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

What if you do not supply your personal data?

You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to the us during the recruitment process. However, if you do not provide the information, we may not be able to process your application properly or at all.

YOUR TASK

  • Manage and strategize campaigns across all business verticals
  • Monitoring and assisting a variety of SEM, Paid Campaigns and etc
  • Analyse campaigns data to provide insights to various stakeholders
  • Assume shared responsibility of assigned campaigns and delivery of pre-set KPIs with stakeholders
  • Collaborate internally with internal and regional team (SEO, Graphics, Content, Tech, etc) for campaign support and growth
  • Provide stakeholders with campaign updates, recommendations and reporting on campaign performance together with the help of internal team
  • Analyse campaigns with analytics tools
  • Drive user acquisition and business growth for digital and related channels
  • Understand products, competition and customers’ insight to set up marketing, advertising and performance goals for the various verticals and the brands
  • Work closely with agency and internal web team in website audit, website atomization to enhance website performance and performance tracking
  • Support campaign and website content/copy update and landing page creation in relation to campaigns
  • Plan email marketing campaigns to drive performance for remarketing and acquisition strategy
  • Administrating project management (includes time, budget and agencies management) for various stakeholders
  • Custodian of brand guidelines and strategies for proper application to marketing communication plans in relation to campaigns
  • Create and implement campaign strategies to build awareness, drive acquisition, and enhance user engagement
  • Plan, deliver and monitor digital campaigns focused on demand generation and brand awareness - this including but not limited to influencer marketing, email campaigns and online promotions
  • Own and develop campaign KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Develop campaigns to promote new features and product launches to drive new user activation
  • Create campaign targeting and segmentation strategy to reach users who are most likely to engage with the product
  • Run rigorous campaign tests across marketing channels, creative, the app and website to drive efficient growth
  • Generate and test new campaign creatives across user segments

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications or Marketing or Behavioural Psychology or PR or Equivalent
  • Experienced in Digital Accounts, Campaign Management, Brand Marketing, Advertising, Copywriting and Digital Marketing are preferred
  • Candidates with both numerical and creative skills are preferred
  • Working experience in similar field or scope of work (Preferably minimum 1 year of working experience either agency or in-house or campaign roles)
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in digital/performance campaign marketing, planning and managing high performance digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong campaign delivery, performance and competency required
  • Understand digital marketing metrics
  • Knowledge in Wordpress, Unbounce, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, MailChimp and Facebook Ads Manager are plus points
  • Experience in lead-generation, campaign planning and copywriting are plus points
  • Data-driven, strategic thinker, analytical, proactive self-starter and a team player with proven track record in rolling-out successful performance campaigns
  • Experience in end-to-end digital campaign management including digital channels
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills with passion for technology
  • Cares about quality and attention to detail
  • Analytical, able to read and understand data to make informed decisions
  • Passion for learning and enhancing existing knowledge and skills
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Adaptable and able to handle multiple priorities
  • Growth and acquisition-first mind-set
  • Strong analytical skills and able to come up with strategies and recommendations for campaign management
  • Ability to effectively work with cross-functional team products, research, analytics and 3rd party partners to support, launch and execute campaigns
  • Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads and Analytics Certified preferred though not mandatory
  • Understanding of the finance industry is an advantage, but not mandatory
