Who may have access to personal data?

Your information will be shared internally within the Group for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. This includes with members of the HR and recruitment team, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, managers in the business area with a vacancy, internal and external auditors and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles.

Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by Hyphen Group to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on Hyphen Group’s behalf.

Hyphen Group may share your personal data with third parties in order to, obtain pre-employment references from other employers, obtain employment background checks from third party providers and to obtain necessary criminal record checks.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

What if you do not supply your personal data?

You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to the us during the recruitment process. However, if you do not provide the information, we may not be able to process your application properly or at all.

YOUR TASKS

Product Owner and Expert

  • Partner with the marketing and commercial leads to build value for users, for financial institution partners, affiliates, and for the company
  • Drive product road map for the market, by working closely with global product, marketing, technology, and operation teams to improve the user experience and customer journey that make business impact
  • Interpret laws, regulations challenges, identify opportunities for enhanced efficiency through data analytics, process improvements, automation, resource alignment, etc.
  • Oversee the product development and implementation that align with business priorities, provide guidance on strategic growth plan across various product pillars and partners
  • Be the user champion - use everything from user interviews to analytics and A/B experimentation to build and ship what users need

Lead a Team of Seasoned Professionals

  • Coach and develop team members (i.e. Engineer, QA, Product Analyst, UX/UI designer and or interns)
  • Proactively provide feedback and challenging opportunities for continued learning and growth.

Key Influencer

  • Provide thought leadership internal and partner discussion regarding opportunities for our solution and services
  • Clearly communicate and evangelize the product, insights, data and results
  • Facilitate the sharing of best practices and insights within team and across the organization.
  • Collaborate and communicate – distill the wider vision and strategy for teams to embrace and internalize

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • 8+ years in product management / project management delivering highly successful products from ideation through launch and optimization/iteration
  • Preferred industry background: Finance Institution (i.e. Banking, Insurance), Consulting, E-commerce
  • Solid analytics skills and understanding of profit/loss drivers, ability to understand and balance user needs, partner needs, and internal needs
  • Demonstrated results driven working attitude in a matrixed organization structure. Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analytically and creatively problem solve.
  • A 'driver' - You need actionable outcomes, not meetings. You are proactive and collaborative, with the gravitas and confidence to inspire and lead those around you
  • Grit – Willing to set the pace and always willing to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty in the process- Online and Mobile Marketing experience (i.e. digital acquisition, marketing campaign planning, etc.)
  • High comfort/knowledge with financial products (i.e. cards/loan/insurance, etc.), and Open Banking API, TSP landscape.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving simplification and speed in the product development, customer value proposition design. Demonstrated experience solving regulatory requirements in a compliant manner
  • Exceptional communication skills, in person and remotely, with colleagues in different roles and with different backgrounds
