THE ROLE             

We are looking for a Product Lead who will build, launch, maintain, and enhance the eKos_connect platform across all our markets. The ideal candidate is an action-oriented individual with a proven track record of building and enhancing SaaS products, experience working with affiliate/partner solutions and consistently exceeding product expectations. He / she should possess strong leadership and communication traits, and the demonstrated ability to influence outcomes. The position demands a high-level of attention to detail, belief in process with systematic planning and the ability to execute to plan.

Who may have access to personal data?

Your information will be shared internally within the Group for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. This includes with members of the HR and recruitment team, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, managers in the business area with a vacancy, internal and external auditors and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles.

Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by Hyphen Group to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on Hyphen Group’s behalf.

Hyphen Group may share your personal data with third parties in order to, obtain pre-employment references from other employers, obtain employment background checks from third party providers and to obtain necessary criminal record checks.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

What if you do not supply your personal data?

You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to the us during the recruitment process. However, if you do not provide the information, we may not be able to process your application properly or at all.

YOUR TASK

  • Define, prioritise and deliver a product roadmap that aligns with the product strategy, and helps users solve their most important jobs.
  • Develop and test MVP propositions with real customers with the aim to create a live product that can be launched into the market.
  • Identify the ‘jobs to be done’ for different end-customer segments, structuring primary and secondary research into insightful proposition ideas and proposals
  • Develop and sell a solution to stakeholders that brings together a real answer to a customer need, remixing design patterns, understanding what can be built in software, and what the potential business model could be
  • Run a lean and agile delivery process for a cross-functional team, give the team the support it needs to deliver high impact work, and maintain a healthy team environment.
  • Collaborate with design, sales and support colleagues to gather user insight, communicate with users and run research founded on the Jobs to be Done mindset, to inform and validate product direction.
  • Ability to work closely with the engineering team to develop and drive execution
  • Establish and track product success metrics and perform data analysis to guide product decision making.
  • Work with the wider team to share progress and information, get their input, evangelise the product and find opportunities to achieve more by working together.
  • Use competitive analysis, market and partner/customer research and other data to inform how to evolve your product
  • Define, track and optimize key performance indicators and success metrics

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Significant, demonstrable experience playing a product management role in developing and managing SaaS and Cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience working with affiliate partners, loyalty, credit cards, ecommerce, or travel programs
  • Strong, demonstrated ability to think with agility, quality, and scalability in mind.
  • Adept at managing and developing complex products with tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with teams of designers, engineers, and product people
  • Clear experience in turning end-customer interviews and insights into amazing products and services
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively within cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and superior reporting and data analysis skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple, time-critical projects and prioritize responsibilities in line with business objectives
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in software development
  • Good knowledge of ISO standards and requirements
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and passion
  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology, or related field or equivalent
