As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for delivering campaign specific results that leads to the growth of commercial performance. This includes the management of digital accounts and diversifying the channel mix utilizing display and paid channels. You are expected to handle a mix of both analytical and creative functions to plan and execute data-driven campaigns, drive the strategic direction of various marketing channels, set-up, manage and optimise SEM, display, social media, email, affiliate and content discovery platform.
The role will also require you to collaborate with internal team, regional team, external agencies, product marketing brand, PR team, etc. You will need to be an independent decision maker who demonstrates throughout understanding of conversion funnel, KPIs, metrics, analytics, etc. Be consistent to take initiative to understand the industry dynamics and new developments that enhance brand competitiveness and equity in the market.
